Working under a challenging environment in the sales and marketing department has both positive and negative aspects. I have gathered experiences when working in the sales and marketing department of a reputed company. However, a challenging environment helps in improving the personal ability of any person. It also influences an individual to think critically about every aspect and make the decision wisely. This is why I accepted the offer of working in a challenging environment. Initially, it was difficult to understand drawbacks. I was failed to overcome the problem many times, but I never give up my patience and tried again and again. Then I realized the actual reason for failure. In sales, good communication skill is essential to overcome several challenges which I lack effectively. I embrace myself after that by repeated practices. Working on behavioral aspects is also necessary to overcome the communication problem. If I get an offer to work in a challenging environment again, I will allow myself to be exposed to that situation because a more challenging situation indicates the enhancement of a person’s experiences and ability to handle that situation.
