There are four agents of socialisation. These are,

1. Family

2. School

3. Mass media

4. Peers

Family is the most important factor of socialisation. Family and mass media/social media are contradictory to each other. Mass media seperates a person from real world. It acts as virtual world. People tends to spend more time on social media.

They don't prefer to talk with real world persons. They just keep themselves busy in liking and disliking other persons' lives. In a train we can easily see people busy on their cell phones. They just keep on chatting. They don't prefer to talk with each other.

Family acts in vice versa manner and inspires its members to sit together, talk together and share their experiances. It is best way to get socialize.

When I was a kid then I learnt a lot about this world from my family. Watching movies with my family members developed senses about emotions, love, anger and care. In school I learnt the values like listening, morality, cooperation, discipline and regulations.

During job I came across different situations and learnt about flexibility, adjustments, importance of saying no and stress management. All the techniques learnt; are important for being socialized. Social media updates me about my friends and siblings. It provide me an opportunity to gather informations about different places and different persons. It is like a window of world to me.
