Job Analysis is the process of gathering, examining and to interpreting data about an employee jobs task and responsibility .There are several methods of collecting Job analysis; these methods known as the observation Method, Questionnaire Method, Interview method and Job Log. All this job method is to ensure the right skill and the abilties to perform task, duties and be able to held responsibilities.

The techniques to leverage to ensure that employee is to perform appropriate job function base on observation and Job Log. The observation allow employer to observe the employee for correct use of job requiring manual and the standard use of short job cycle of activist. Job log will also be performing an appropriate job function for the employee, this will require the job incumbent to keep log of job duties of each employee including with the duties accomplish.
What can you do as a Human Resource Manager to overcome challenges identified during job analysis?
As a human resource manager to overcome the challenge to identify d during the job analysis. Is base on the job need for the position. Whit the four-method job analysis will help human resource to I identities the right candidate for the job need. in my opinion the observation method, interview method and questionnaire method is essential for identified candidate for job need. the Interview Method is a method that use to interview the job holder through a structured interview form and to extract information from the job holder. The questionnaire used as a way of gathering data on a job, It is a survey method developed to provide for the employee and manager to complete, it contains the question about the job position and the work condition. Lastly the Observation would be an efficient way to improve the job description and the roles in the organization. Observation will help the human resource to know the direction of how to grow in job requirements.
