Top companies termed as the Best companies to work for have been given the title because they are the most loved companies where employees would love to work. These companies have high employee satisfaction levels majorly because of their perks, culture and rewards that they offer to their employees. These companies are better known as Dream companies to work for by many job aspirants looking for a life settling job.

Now, why do these companies feel that employee satisfaction is so important and why do they give so much emphasis on people being retained within the same organsiation for years. The answer is strategy. Its a strategy followed by these organsiations where they empower employees to think as owners of the company and take decisions which would do good to the company. This helps in deployment of strategy at the ground in a more effective manner and thereby increases the possibility of these strategies building up into higher revenues as each employee would like to be rewarded and appreciated. And when they feela s if the tasks that they are taking up are for their own organisation, the involvement levels are much higher. For example like DPR Construction paying huge perks for referring employees to the organsation. This shows how much they trust their employees and empower their own employees to build up the next generation of employees as they are well aware of the culture and policies of the organisation.

Thus, rewarding employees help in gaining loyalty from customers and increasing their involvement towards the progression of the organsiation.
