  1. Artifact : These are visible component of organizational culture like physical environment elements for example the logo of the company
  2. Value/Belief: are deeper non visible component of cultures which are held in the minds like shared set of principles and values like integrity and egalitarianism.
  3. Assumptions: These are subconscious elements of the organizational culture which reflect beliefs and values like an assumption happy employees are more productive

Organizational environment

  1. Political and legal: The political and regulatory environment which governs the industry in which organization operates like the tariff rates, corporate taxation and so on.
  2. Socio-demographic: The social and demographic characteristics of the customers like age, gender and so on.
  3. Technology: The technological conditions prevailing in the industry like the high use of information and communication technology
  4. Economic: The economic environment in which the company operates like the GDO growth rates, inflation rates in the economy and so on.
  5. Natural environment: the carbon footprints of the company on the environment like the level of green house gases released from the company’s operation and the government regulations related with it
