• Proper Management team : John Memorial Hospital does not have the support of the team and the management as academic center has. The need of innovation in this sector is must. The JHM can build small small institution to look after the hospital from various places.
• The aim of the hospital was safety and mission was resource full employees working upon it. Hiring of new employees will create the cost of recruitment and to maintain safety continues monitor of patients is must. In this case instead of hiring increasing the working hours of existing employees can be done with a bit in increase of remuneration.
• Improving the whole i.e. safety their resource their facility their discharge time the bed allocation everything will help them gaining the financial sound position.
• Program and forming the committee to look after safety of the patients in each and every department. Moreover implementing health care facilities.
• Recruiting Physician in the team to look after the casualties in the patients and to treat them better .
• Improving early discharge and bed turnaround by investing on the high tech machines to treat them better.
• Accountability and integrity should be adopted by each and every staff member of the hospital
• The sustainability has to be improved.
• Reducing the check up fees and serving the society for better health and better future will gain the confidence and popularity among the citizens.
