Solutions

Expert Solution

1. Leaders strive to celebrate performance and motivate men, while managers try to find faults. They paint a picture of what they see the business as possible, and work to inspire and involve their employees to make that dream a reality. Instead of treating people as just a limited set of skills, they look about what they do and allow them to become part of something far bigger. They are well aware of how highly performing teams can do a great deal more by working together than individuals who work autonomously will ever accomplish.

We need to understand the nature of the disparity between them for both sides to understand what they have to do, and to achieve success in doing so. It is definitional recognizing how different the functions are, and how they may overlap. At the other hand, administrators should concentrate at setting, monitoring and achieving expectations by managing conditions to meet or achieve their objectives.Management includes implementing proactive steps Comprehensive budgeting Monitoring and recording results Applying rules and policies enforcing disciplinary rules Arranging people and tasks within systems Hiring people for jobs. Leadership includes developing new goals and objectives to set organizational financial targets Decide what needs to be calculated and recorded Creating new rules and policies Creating administrative guidelines Making systems, hierarchies and workgroups Different job responsibilities Making ethical and moral positions

2. Trait theory of leadership believes that leaders have certain traits that make them a good leader. At the other hand, leadership behavior theory assumes leaders are behaving in one of many different ways.

Trait theory- Most people believe leaders are born, not created. They believe that they somehow have certain innate qualities which make them a good leader. You may also agree with that view, because it's not accurate. These qualities must be a part of the leader in many respects, as many believe they are essential to being a successful, or even great, leader. Such attributes include such fields as communication, decision-making, competence or even empathy.

Behavioral theories - Leadership behavioral theories are defined as such, as they concentrate on researching a leader's particular behaviors. A leader behavior is the best indicator of his leadership factors for behavioral psychologists, and is thus the best determinant of his or her performance in leadership.

3. A behavioralist approach will definitely help students obtain a successful outcome in circumstances where there is a specific difficulty and measurable consequence, such as algebra or vocabulary memorization test. Memorizing multiplication tables for example can result in better outcomes on math tests and quizzes. However, there are also other obstacles students can face where progress is more difficult to assess. Today, researchers generally accept that learning is both behavioral and cognitive, meaning that completing tasks is not only important to students, but also recognizing and interpreting those tasks.

Learning approaches may benefit from behavioral theories for certain challenges. Skills such as typing and elementary reading and writing with regular training would almost certainly strengthen to remove errors and establish reliable skills
