In Silberman, the author gives ideas for fun activities to engage your employees with - including things like mock games of Jeopardy! and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? These activities could be as simple as a lecture and deck of note cards with questions or you (as the manager in charge of the training) could help hold your audience's attention with sets that mimic the television shows, music and even lighting design, as the budget allows. Many HR managers see this as a valid investment. In 2013, the IRS was widely criticized for similar training programming. What do you think? What is appropriate and what is inappropriate? Does it matter if you are a private company, publicly-held company, or public entity? Do government and public employees not need training? What are your thoughts on cost and effectiveness?
According to me this is the best way to give training to the employees and employee can learn easily. fun activities work as a relief machanism for the employee who have too much work load. this is one of the most appropriate way to trained the employees , as employees wil enjoy during the session and also learn easily everything that tought in the training process. the inappropriate is sometimes it become very costly and time taking. yes it is a matter for me to if i am an employee of any of the sector like private company, public entity and public held company. as it is one of the most effective way to trained the employee. yes both the goverment and public employees need training as to make themselves updated in the market and to enhance their knowledge and improve the productivity of the company such type of training should be held from time to time. this type of training is very effective in comparision to class room type of training and it is very much expensive sometimes.
