The service you create must appeal to aging baby boomers 50 years old or older who are still at work (not yet retired) in professional or high-level corporate careers. They work an average of 60 to 80 hours per week and make a minimum $100,000 per year. They like to look good, be social, and stay healthy. Time is a big issue for them. The business I want to start is a community which shares aging baby boomers 50 years old or older experiences online. They can share their thoughts, ideas, experiences – good, bad, work experiences etc. Here the aging people can share all their personals, likes, dislikes, with the people of other side. This actually releases the stress of the individual and happy to share the thoughts and ideas which may changes the society. As the time is big issue to these set of peoples because they are working so this business work on-line and offline basis. The business would create a space for them online and offline too. It is fairly depending upon the individual how they want to access the services. This community business hides the individual basic information to the other community members till they itself shares their own. This business offered the medical, food and shelter services to limited number of customers. The customers itself can do charity and sponsors to the community. The business actually works on the analysis of their thoughts and implement if innovative to the society.

For example, a customer is Doctor by its profession so they can share some of the medical advices to the other individuals. This would be utilized by the community owner for the treatment of other individual with their concerns. The people who works in the company can shares their ideas how to do CSR activities which help the betterment of the society after community. The different professions get the knowledge about the another’s professions. These works can be done online as whenever in office they need time. They feel more relaxed and happier than before. They utilize the time by releasing the stress by communications.

The offline part of the business would take care of physical presence of the people in their business spaces which are mend for them. The individual comes here and meet with other counterparts of their own type and do chat. They get food and shelter here as per the availability. They get the other services such as therapy.
