The Health Care disaster recovery plan implementation needs to follow the following steps :-

1) Compiling the IT System Inventory:

Accumulate a set of systems which would be used as an inventory of what is needed and what all are to be considered. Inventory is the basis of DR Planning.

2) Conducting the Business Analysis Impact:

Conducting the impact analysis with respect to business. This would gather information about the system, vendor contracts, hardware and software components which determines the value and priority of the situation.

3) Contingencies Plan:

A Site to identify the data centers and also the alternate site as part of the DR Plan. The additional equipment, services, supplies etc other than the urgent care clinic, 4 doctors, 10 nurses, 2 nurse practitioners to treat the patients which will be kept open for 7 days and 18 hours every day.

4) The details of the DR Plan are to be identified:

The recovery process needs to be detailed. The detailed information about the resources,testing strategy, execution plans, extra hands information if needed.

5) Test the plan before execution:

Once the DR Plan is ready, testing needs to done to check the accuracy, completeness and reasonability.
