The training will take place at the manufacturing location. Some minor administration will take place. This will be 20 hours at $15 per hour. Q: Why is it important to provide health and safety training to employees? and what training methods would you choose? and why did you choose these training methods?

Key Benefits of Providing Health And Safety Training For Employees are:

1. We must keep educating Workers on the basics of occupational health and safety as it can help reduce workplace accidents and injuries.

2. Safety at work ensures higher satisfaction both for Employees and Organisation

3. Employees in a safe work environment can focus better on their tasks, simply because they do not have to worry as much about their personal safety.

Q. What training methods would you choose?

I would suggest for training methods :

2. Safety Equipment : All staff and visitors have access to the right equipment in order to get through the day. A risk assessment must be carried out regularly of workplace equipment. We must ensure equipments should be of high quality and fit correctly, as well as complying with specific industry regulations.

3. Maintenance of Industrial Floors is a must at work place to avoid any accidents. Keep cleaning equipment close by in case of spillages and ensure wet surfaces are acted upon quickly to avoid slips and trips

4. Use of clear Signages is a must on shop floor in factory specially whereever there is a hazard to human life. all items, places should be clearly labelled.

5. A Reproting System must be in place. In the event of an injury, it must be logged and reported immediately. It’s imperative from a health and safety perspective so that they can be monitored and measures put in place to prevent them happening again.

6. Lastly, but not the least Emergency Evacuation Drills is a must for Workers. Fire and other evacuation drills are an excellent way to help everyone understand the best conduct in case of an emergency. Employees should be familiar with all emergency exists and know where fire extinguishers are kept and how to use them.
