PRISONER:-

According to Peter benenson, " Any person who is Physically restrained ( by imprisonment or otherwise) from expressing (in any form of words or symbol) any opinion which he honestly holds and which does not advocate or condone personal violence".

According to dictionary meaning, " A person who is confined in prison or kept in custody especially as a result of legal process".

According to me," A prisoner is accused person who stay in custody and the concerns state try to motivated his life with peace , honest and attentive.

INMATES:-

A person who is forced to stay in a prison ,mental hospital. Sometimes mentally ill person also kept in hospital for treatment these are called inmates . Basic difference between prisoner and inmates is that prisoners is forced by law and he/she is committed a crime but innocy are not always inforcey by law, sometimes inmates are kept in custody for treatment.
