The story that I have selected is the ongoing lawsuit between snapdragon corporation and Apple. This lawsuit resulted due to the actions that Apple took. Snapdragon entered their lawsuit as a breach of contract and intellectual property right being violated when Apple allegedly allowed Intel, a competitor of snapdragon to utilize and view the design of snapdragon's network card and then rescinded their contract with snapdragon stating the unfair pricing policy of snapdragon as the issue, while at the same time, forming a new contract with Intel. The decision regarding the case still hasn't been made but if found guilty, both Apple and interlocking would be within reach of CO react and the breach of intellectual property rights filed by Snapdragon.
