For this assignment you will need to understand the concepts of the: Project charter, stakeholder analysis and communication planning, scope planning, schedule management and uncertainties in project schedules.
Your company had received a tender to support a French film crew in the town of Sojwe in Botswana.
You will need to collect and deliver the crew from and to the King Shaka International airport.
The film crew will bring their own filming equipment.
The film crew consists of 15 members.
They will be onsite at the location for 2 weeks.
You will have two weeks to do the planning and traveling.
The support team needs to be at the identified location for the deployment.
The deployment need to be self-sustainable for 2 weeks.

You need to develop a project charter for the above-mentioned project. The project charter needs to include the following:
The typical elements of a project charter.
The project concept.
The initiation of the project.

From the activities which you had identified in your project schedule, develop a PERT TIME ESTIMATE schedule for the activities.

2. STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS AND COMMUNICATION PLANNING-
(I) DEVELOP THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN - Here the task is to develop the management project plan i.e to manage the project plan means the planning itself is not sufficient for the project plan its proper management is also necessary without the proper management no plan is plan and for properly managing the project plan the project manager have to follow further some of the below mentioned steps
(ii) DEVELOP COMMUNICATION PLAN- Her e the project manager have to develop the necessary communication plan in order to interact with all its team member and also to check on the progress of its project plan.
(iii) IDENTIFY POSSIBLE COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE PROJECT- The communication techniques can be both direct communication and indirect communication technology further it comprise of the following
Direct communication is the communication were the sender and reciever of the information send and recieve communication directly like the sender sender sends the data and it is immediately recieved by the the reciever. futher it can be said to be the face to face communication is the most common and direct form of it another it can be telephonic
Indirect communication further include the indirect form were the sender and reciever doesnt comes in the direct contact further they recieves the data through the mediator like an email , a text message , a letter etc her this kind many a times creates confusion to so the manager should try to avoid all the barriers and try to choose the best possible way to communicate.
3. SCOPE PLANNING-
(I) DEFINE THE SCOPE FOR THE PROJECT - The scope means the profits and opportunity the company will recieves in future with the successful execution of the given project. the manager should gives its best in order to execute the project in the best possible way inorder to enhance the image and goodwill of the company for future and the company should recieves further more projects like these.
(ii) DEFINE THE HUMAN RESORCES NEEDED FOR THE PROJECT-
(iii) ASSIGNING RESPONSIBILITY- Assigning responsibility means to allot the hired human resources with the eligible task accordind to their capabity and eligibility.
