The communication Decency Act of 1996 is the act legislated by the United State Congress in 1996 to regulate the minor for accessing pornography material over the internet. This act is also referred to as Title V of the Telecommunication Act of 1996. This act is introduced by Senator James Exon and the Slade Garton in 1995. ]
The ways it addresses e-World, it affected the e-World in two ways, first, it not only attempted to regulate the INDECENCY and OBSCENITY in the e-World but also its interpreted the Section 230 of the acts which stated that, the internet provider are not the publisher of the e-world.
