3. The key metrics used to highlight the effectiveness of production include - Efficiency, Productivity, Cost reduction percentage, deviation percentage etc.
4. The presentation should be process oriented.
Marketing managers
1. The presentation should provide an overview of the marketing and learly highlight the roles and responsibilities.
2. The report will focus on sales improvement and cost of marketing spend.
3. The key metrics used to highlight the effectiveness of marketing include - Effectiveness of marketing campaign. increase of sales from new customers vs existing customers, cost of marketing and advertising etc.
4. The presentation should be customer focused.
