1.

It's pretty important to be aware of one's job role and the requirements associated with it. It is also crucial to know about the ethical policies which are present for the specific job role. In my case, I work as a consultant Psychologist for a company and our company works for training adolescents from poor socioeconomic background in skills required for certain respected jobs and then help them in getting placed.

My work as a consultant Psychologist is to guide these adolescents through the training process, take care of their mental health, give them necessary suggestions for problems they are facing and also help them in being more independent and effective in taking important decisions. I also help them in understanding the ways in which they can excel in the later interviews and get a job to get financially independent.

Our organization's main motto is to help these adolescents in their life and our organization prioritises these children's issues. My values and attitudes run along the organization's ethics as for me these adolescents are the main priority. I have never disclosed any personal information shared by them with me and I have always kept their documents and information confidential. I have also maintained the ethics of no deception by being congruent with them and giving them an accurate brief of what they can expect from their jobs and what they can't expect. I have also been honest in making them understand what troubles they may face in their job life such as issues regarding adjustment, budgeting etc and have also helped them in making strategies in which they can resolve them when they arise.
