It is a challenging task to provide access to helth care providers as well as to secure the system from private matters

Access to specific data like the patient mental history cannot be given to everyone it should be kept private to a single person . But another physician or health care member who has the key will take a note of it if he wants to .

If the access to get into system is denied for all then

• The nurse will not be able to view her patient details
• She will not be able to enter his relevent current data
• Doctor will not be able to see the nurse note
• Laboratory staff will not gets a look and not able to update data
• When it comes to a balancing act these are the problems
• In case of emergency the required data cannot be obtained

This can be managed by

1. Provision for Access into data with fingerprint scanner
2. It is not possible to copy someone's finger print and sneek into the system
3. In this situation everyone can get access and those who enter into system their fingerprint will be recorded
4. Keeping a history of what was viewed using specific fingerprint can be done
