Answer the following memo please!
Imagine that you have the chance to take a six-month sabbatical, all expenses paid. You cannot take any work along on this sabbatical. You will not be permitted to communicate with anyone at your office, agency, or plant during your absences—not by letter, mobile phone, text message, e-mail, or other means. Before you depart, however, you want to let the people you work with know a few things to keep in mind during your absence. For instance, you want to make sure they know the principles you believe should guide their decisions and actions in your absence—values about how they should treat one another, how they should work together, how they should deal with conflicts, and so on. Not permitted are lengthy reports, however: just a one-page memorandum. Take this opportunity to write that memo in your leadership journal.

Subject : A confluence of ideal minds
The firm prides itself on the professional atmosphere that it maintains the positive image that the employees present, as the representative of the firm.
Whatever we are is because of our character and unique culture inherited from our seniors, and management of our company. It’s ideal to be the masters of our own work and let the tasks around do not treat us as slaves of the organization. Document what you do in our ERP, let our actions speak for the future generations and the management to perceive your work. Though, what we do every day may remain the same, do understand that the world creates its own dynamics of variance every day. As strong individuals and with the experience that you have gained over the years, be yourself and do what you think is right not for yourselves but for the company as a whole.
As you all are aware of what needs to be achieved as an individual which is clearly imparted from the side of the company, don’t wait for others to reach their end point to start yours. Understand what process goes along and what can be done in parallel. Learn how to give weightage and priority to what you do based on your experience and think for a moment what the company expects from you and I am sure you will move in the right direction. Be a good manager, a good accountant, a good salesman and above all be a good father, husband and a loving son to your parents and family.
Though I may not be physically present among your midst, the respect that you gave to my position should still linger in the air. Always remember that we are among the very few companies of our country to give you ESO (Employees Stock Options) and every effort you put in will come back to you as your benefits and remember, you are one of the richest manager, driver, accountant, helper in town.
Our company do have pressure points at various levels of operation where my personal involvement was needed at many times. Over the last few months, my involvement became zero which means that our combined effort to tackle those situations in purchase, sales and operations were successful. In bad situation, don’t be impulsive to take decisions but be a corporate thinker with sharp business mind to tide over. Remember, don’t let problems rule you, don’t run away from it as they will remain as problems for ever until you face it. The only way to solve a problem is to face it.
You will have temptations when you feel you are unmonitored but let those temptations act as a passion to learn more, and face the situations you are in. When I step back into my seat, I should find brighter stars shining around with radiant beams of success….
BEST OF LUCK….
