Depression is a major problem and it appears that more than 40% people suffer from depression. There are various types of therapies and counseling to make people free from depression. Among them behavioral therapy, cognitive therapy, rational-emotive therapy are very useful.

But most suitable way to be free from the danger of depression is self-help. A person should have own coping skill by which he can be free from depression. General many reasons for depressions like worries, anxiety, emotional problem and so on. But people need to have own coping skill how to be free from depression. They need to make some plan and they need to you think more deeply the reasons of depression. With the help of problem solving steps one can be free from depression.

To be free from depression one needs to have sufficient self-confidence. He should have self-esteem and by the coping skill and counselling one can get so. He should have sufficient plan and strategy how to be free from depression and how it causes problem in his life. Besides with the help of association with friends and family members one can be free from depression. It offers supportive environment that helps to avoid depression.
