1) Tell us about the business (markets) or policy idea (government programs) How does it generate value?

2) Explain how the business or policy idea is expect to scale. Use "How can Microeconomics help" to evaluate it. Please do not give me specific numbers, I just want to understand your thought process. (Note: Policy ideas are government programs and there are government programs that pay entirely for themselves, such as parking and airports, so it is possible and even if it isn't, justify why it's a good idea for tax dollars to be used, meaning how does it indirectly break even.)

3) How does it make an impact in the social issues that have been upended by the Coronavirus pandemic? These are things like the disparate health outcomes of minorities, disparate effect of the shutdown on working class Americans and gig economy workers, the lack of support for the homeless and undocumented immigrants, etc. Please be specific and explain your reasoning.

Expert Solution

1.Business or government policies not only create an economic value but different forms of values, may it be the good will, employee and consumer satisfaction, skills and experiences, ethical or community values.Value generation is the primary objective of every business or policy ideas, and for business it enhances sales and profitability and for government value generation brings about higher degree of general welfare.

The value generation is that competative advantage, the extent that the ideas do something that others cannot. It is necessary to open up the views on value and allow for the creativity in the multiplicity of value creation along with other mechanical forms of value generation.

Making and keeping realistic promises of quality, service and execution, increases the credibility of any business or government policy making and in turn will build the loyalty, confidence and morale among all stake holders and delivering consistent results is the key to prove reliability, And this is how the intangiable values are created. The speed of execution, the relevance of the ideas and programs, delegation of responsibilities, encouraging and supporting the employees involved etc will definitely provide a suitable environment to build up and generate multiple intangiable values to both business and goverment.
