1. Customer satisfaction is the key or a successful business whatever you serve or provide should be delivered in such a way that the one receiving it should be happy and satisfied. These are the people which convert into your premium customers after ordering a service or product one, so, effective measures should be taken so that their satisfaction is the topmost priority.

2. Clock: The time is power. Some clients may be very strict a firm with the timings and may not be available afterward. some people do not like late delivery too, So, punctuality is a major concern and should be attained.

3. Return: Proper returning and feedback system should be there.

4. authentication: Proper authentication of the customer should be done, it should never be like, the product is delivered to someone else.
