Per the Refunds Web site, 100% refunds are allowed only within the first 7 calendar days for a 14-week class. You have received the following email request from a student and need to send a letter responding to the student.
March 19
My name is Omar Palacio, and I am requesting a full refund of my tuition. I enrolled in MKT110 (a 14-week course) with a start date of March 5. Although I may be beyond the full-refund window, I deserve a full refund because I can't finish the course. I recently received a promotion at work, and my schedule is now too busy to attend school. Please send my full refund check to my home address.
Thank you,
Omar
