When a person does excersise there will be production of lactic acid , this lactic acid leads to muscle cramps. So intake of lactic acid through alcohol causes even more muscle cramps, so lactic acid is also very harmful unless you want muscle cramps. Adh (alcohol dehydrogenase) builds toxic substance in the body. Alcohol contains high levels of calories, so calories is also very harmfull.
