• This will be very different from the medical diagnosis.
• Sometimes,nursing assessment is really wide in scope and sometimes that might concentrate on one body system or psychological health.
• The nursing assessment will help to understand the present and future patient care requirements.
• This includes the identification of normal and abnormal body physiology.
• Identification of relevvant changes and skill of critical thinking helps the nurse to understand and prioritize proper interventions.
