The Biltmore Estate Wine Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Jordan to the position of Director of Marketing. In her new role, she will be responsible for marketing strategy, market analysis, sales forecasting and wine portfolio development for Biltmore’s extensive wine business -- both on property and across the United States.
Jordan joined the Biltmore team in 2006 to fill a new position as Wine Marketing Manager overseeing all marketing efforts aimed specifically at the Biltmore Estate Wine Company. In the five years since, she has propelled sales of Biltmore Wines forward managing outreach and increasing brand awareness during a time of significant expansion for the company. Prior to joining Biltmore, Jordan was employed as Marketing Specialist at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Mooresville, N.C. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C.
