iI believe that leisure time is the best time in the persoanl development. Leisure time is the time we have after our work, in which we wanto to enjoy we to sit back pursue own hobby and relax. Personally in this leisure time, I have focused on many improvement areas of me. I found the strengths and the weaknesses in the leisure time on my own. Good relaxation helps you in finding these.

The leisure activities for a students might be his or her hobbys. chatting with friends, playing with them, as well as reading stories or painting etc. For a middle aged person reading news paper can be leisure activity, as well as doing some cleaning work on the weekends, or going for a short trip can be the leisure activities. For a pensioner living a hassle free life, calm lifetsyle can be the lesiure activities. Usually grandparents play spend time with their grandchildren, which can also be the leisure activity.Or even going for world tour, reading holybooks. etc. Throught leisure activity one may gain personal and relevant meaning.

If the person in introvert by nature, he would enjoy leisure activity alone more than in the group reverse would be the case with extrovert. If the person is adventourous or sport then going for treks, climbing hiils, water sports can be the leisure activity that he/she would have.

I am personally introvert by nature, hence reading, writing gairy, watching channels like national geography, nat geo people is something I like. By watching them, I get the feeling of development, I feel contended and then aim for something in the similar direction.
