In a communication process there are two parties one is sender and other is receiver.Sender means that person who send a message to other person and receiver is that person who recieve that message from sender.hence When Receiver after getting message from sender give his opinion and response about that message then his opinion or response is known as feedback.

Manager should use feedback for promotion of companies product, for promotion of employees etc.when manager called general metting then he must ensure that employess should freely express their view about companies policies and product, and what they observe about company ,what was market response etc.hence its manager' s duty that he will ensure that all the postive and negative feedback should be discussed with detail and manager must try to solve negative feedback.hence feedback is very important for companies to know about their market share postion .Hence manager must try to get feedback time to time from employess and customers and others.

Example - when in a school i made a project first time then i got negative feedback from my teachers because my project was too lenghty.Even my project concept was very good and teacher appreciates for me to selecting that concept .so i receive postive and neagtive both feedback in my school project.

Yes it could be done differently in each example.feedback are like pillers when we get positive response then it encourage to do this work and when we got negative feedback then we got a message that what is lacking.
