The german automotive industry is one of the major industries worldwide and is the backbone industry of germany having a large number of employees working under this field. German automobile industries are famous for manufacturing modern cars in all aspects. They are also the largest competitive among other automobile industries. They achieved the third position in the total car production among the world and fourth position in the motor vehicles production among the world.

Volkswagen tooks the fist position among the vehicles produced in german market and it is the most common brand in germany. Germany is also one of the strongest companies in the production of autonomous driving vehicles among the world.

German made cars are highly recognized due to its modern innovation technologies, safety features, excellence in design and reliability of the vehicles. The highly qualified workforce in german automobile industries favoured more for its growth. Seventy percent of the whole branded vehicles in the world are german made. They also had a good investment on research and development sectors inorder to provide new manufacturing ideas both in innovation and design areas of the vehicles.

But the geramn automobile industry is also facing some challenges.
