There is a sub menu item called "Toolbars" .

This tool is located at "VIEW" menu in the menu bar of MS-Word.

This tool provides various options for text adjustments in MS word.

This tool has options like autotext, formatting, drawing, data base, forms, frames, mail merge.

auto text:

It helps to create a particular selected word to be used as auto text. So whenever we try to enter that word, it matches the starting word pattern by comparing two to three letters and enables prompt to the user to insert click option.

formatting:

This option enables the user to use various text styles like bold, italic, any colors and changes the format of text to the required format.

mail merge :

this option helps to include the text as mail and helps to mail that particular fiel to many users at a time.

This is a powerful tool because of it can send a mail to many at particular time.

frames :

frames option used to organize the file and text into an organized manner using frames option.
