Businesses are subject to consumer protection laws, trademark and copyright laws, regulatory agencies, labor discrimination laws, etc. Well, if history has shown us anything about this right, it is that while most new laws adhere closely to a clearly identified exception, laws are passed from time to time which do not. Either they are overly broad, or they incorporate some otherwise prohibited speech restriction. These laws can be burdensome to your company, but will remain in place until they become challenged in court
