According to John Boatright, what is right, and what is wrong, about stakeholder theory?

The stakeholder theory states that the there are many issues that touches on the stakeholder theory which is basically the best way to satisfy all the stakeholders. John Boatright in his article, claims the following to be right as far as stakeholder theory is concerned:-
?The business need to act responsibly towards the satisfying all the stakeholders.
?Ethics should be at the center of corporations operations.
?The business should not lose its profit drive at the expense of corporate social responsibility.
?Stakeholders are important people when it comes to the success of an enterprise.
The following are some of the facts that Boatright believes is wrong as per the stakeholder theory:-
?Corporate responsiveness is not the sole role of the companies.
?The stakeholders should not demand for favors from the company.
?The stakeholders groups being immoral in their quest.
