Strength: 1. The XYZ is an old shop in that area 2. it is situated in the heard of A city. 3. It is reputed due to its good products and well behavior 4. There is no such price discrimination. 5. it is well known to the locals.

Weakness: 1. It could not expand its business according to the market renovation. 2. it is not updated in terms of product verity. 3. no such customer relation. 4. old method of billing.

Opportunities: 1. it should try to develop its system. 2. renovation of the shop. 3. give product offering 4. customer relation. 5. go with branding. 6. try to get exclusive product branding.

Threats: 1. Facing heavy market competition 2. Introduction to the supermarket. 3. Online delivery. 4. heavy competition on discounts and free gifts.
