The most important ethical problems I am facing at my workplace are:

  • The employees share the company information with their friends without the consent of their managers.
  • The team members always take credit for the work I do.
  • The employees encourage me to get involved in activities that waste time and decrease my productivity.
  • The employees violate internet policy and they use it for their personal use.

These are the very common ethical problems I face on a daily basis. The worst part is even the employees know that it is wrong but they are not worried about the consequences. They do not use the time to create some productive work and they instead use it for their personal use such as online shopping or watching YouTube videos. This is against the company policy and also unethical for them to do. They also encourage their team members to reduce their concentration on work and become a part of their team. They do not work properly but they will always be waiting to take credit for the good work. They will just work for the appraisal and they are not enjoying their work.
