Hello Student,

Thanks for your Question

These are some effective strategies for Stress Management that one should opt for

1.Positive Self Talk

Positive Self- talk or affirmations can create drastic changes if done correctly. Mostly we have ANTS (Automatic negative thoughts) which are randomly consistent and affect our moods and emotional responses. But if we reframe those negative thoughts to positive ones. It would establish an upper graph and we'll be direct towards positive notions and ideas.

2. Stress-Busting Activities

Doing things that you Naturally enjoy like pursuing a hobby like playing the piano or writing poetry or any other passions you follow can re-energize your senses drastically. You can also find pleasure in simple activities like going for a walk in a garden or talking wholeheartedly with your friend or reading a motivational book.

3. Meditation

Going to your equanimity zone ( a state away from your anger point in a calmness state where you void of stress, anxiety, high temper) and remain silent and do deep breathing for at least three times. Inhale for Six, hold for 3 and exhale. Close your eyes slowly in the moment and meditation for at least 2 minutes initially. And breath consecutively 2- 3 times as per simple seconds technique provided. While breathing you should deep breath filling your area in your spinal cord and while exhaling, you need to make a whoosh sound. 2. I meditate at least for 5 minutes every day and sometimes 10 minutes when my mind needs complete "Let go" of my negativity.

These are three money Management Strategies

1. Create a budget

Creating a Budget is Vital for managing your financial expenses. It might be challenging to totally be committed to a budget but it pays off in the end. Budgeting helps in bringing more clarity and creates optimum transparency and this is almost inevitable for better management of your money.

2. Understand your Expenses.

You can ask any Tom, Dick, and Harry that how much of his money goes into his expenses and he wouldn't be able to give you the right answer.

The only solution is to track your monthly expenses via accumulating payments done with the help of your cash receipts, bills of your groceries, restaurants, utilities, etc. That's super easy once you get a knack of it.

The concept behind it is to know all your expenses so that you can create a whole picture of your finances. This would help you to manage your expenses going forward.

3. Understanding your Income

Most people know their income internally, but they have less idea about their full monthly expenses.

Nonetheless, the funda here is to know your monthly expenses and minus it from your monthly income. These are some results which you'll get

If you get a negative result, you should reduce your expenses until your negative figure reaches to zero

If you have turned up with a positive number (High Five to you), You could augment into your debt payments and invest in savings.

So these are some of the Steps you could incorporate when it comes to money management.

Practical Examples
