Hermione is a scientist who has developed a process that will, according to her, “revolutionize hair care.” Harry, Ron, and Hermione believe it is in their best interest to form a general partnership. What do you think? Is there a more appropriate form of business you might recommend? Be sure to consider each person individually.

Solutions

Expert Solution

I think it could be a great partnership as for doing a business 3 main things are required i.e. investment, business skills, relevant buisness knowledge.

Harry can invest so there's no need to raise finance from other sources. Ron can manage funds and can do marketing appropriately as he had done business degree. Hermione is a scientist and had done so much reasearch so she do real good in hair care through her own methods. Because of all above reason their partnership can do good.

I don't think any better business option available to them as hermione had done her research in hair care, so if they will think for any other business options Hermione won't have any specialised skills. But it is very important that Hermione research for revolutionary hair care is trial and tested before entering into this partnership because it is very important for success of the business as it is the main business idea.
