Administrative solution for HV lab environment.

It is very importend to concerned anybody who works on responsible for the control,operation,or testing of equipment.For this purpose we appoint persons with qualification.Major roles and duties of such persons are mentioned below.

1 Designated person(HV)

Roles and duties of a designated person is appoint an Authorising Engineer(HV)for all systems and installations.Audit this Authorising Engineer for a fixed period say annually.

2 Authorising Engineer

AE is for responsible for administrating,implimenting and monitoring the guidance that following in HV lab.Major role of AE is allocate authorised persons for each installation and systems.Also notify Health departmend about any known operational restriction issued by distribution network.Cordinate the investigation reported injuries and dangerouse things happend in lab.AE will determine the extend of the system and installations.

3 Authorised persons (HV)

Autherised person responsible for practical implimentation and operation of the guidance.

This person make final decision on electrical matters.Major duties are,controle the work on high voltage system,make sure the records are upto date,keep a record about switching operation of high voltage systems,ensure the maintanace of hv systems, report any dangerous think occure,appoint a competend person(HV).

4 Competend person

This person give oral/writing instructions during implimentation of the guidance.They should not start or restart work under saftey document issued to another person (HV).Competend persons clearing a safety document should do only after all persons working withdrawn safety document.

5 Accompanying saftey person

This person should have enough experience to avoid a danger.They give training about dealing with the emergency situation also about first aid.Safey person should ensure equipment is completely working or dead , earthing of equipment.
