INTRODUCTION

Getting new responsibility like becoming a new parent is a tough task that is why I will better go with the expert advice and doctors advice as initial stage keep huge importance in the growth of a newborn baby later stage of growth, in which breastfeeding is very important for the growth of a child so I will go for breastfeeding of new style, then later I will schedule the dieting according to the nutritional values which are needed to my child to grow well and build their immunity.

Making a proper list of food which they will eat I will able to guide them not to face overweight or obesity in further life, keeping them away from junks and packed food and adding cereals, and fruits in there diet so they can get vitamins, proteins, fat, etc in equal and required proportion and this will keep them away from obesity and overweight.

Research says that today as most of people and children are indulging in eating packed, processed and junk food which is not easily digestible and give more task to our digestive system to work and give result to overweight and obesity. That is why I will try not to give any of junk or packed food in the initial period of growth and will try to maintain their diet with natural food only.
