Treatment should be based on eligibility criteria, objective based selection process and asper the laws in place. It will help select the right candidate . For example, during job interviews and selection process, all the candidates should be given fair, equal and objective based opportunities where their abilities should be judged, rather their facial expression will give them preference. So, the argument, mentioned is mot correct.

To bring diversity in the workforce or in other aspects, the entities should go to those areas from where, they could get the best possible potential candidates or reach out to those media channels, web platforms that are accessed by these communities. Once they come with the application and pass through the selection process, then they should get selected. It prevents bias, adds diversity and help organization gets best talents as well.

Though, the organization can opt for the affirmative action to have few seat, reserved for those who are perennial sufferers in their lives and their communities are not able to support them.
