The most important criteria to become an excellent retail buyer are responsibilities, experience and qualities required, education and training and compensation and job outlook. If the retailer is going to carry the Samsung family hub refrigerator, the experience criteria will be used. Samsung is one of the most famous companies in mobile phones and other home appliances. So as a retailer I will give more preference o the experience I get through the consumption of Samsung products. Samsung products are highly based on new technologies and also giving attractive features. Retailer aims to give highly qualifies products in the market. Te buyers should have proper computer skills and working knowledge of resource planning and forecasting. The previous retail experience also played a major role. Direct contacts with customers get proper idea about the taste and preference of the customers.
As a retailer there is a need for financial support from the wholesale company. To attract more customers to this market increases the production capacity and product capacity of the parent company. Thus the production focused on consumer preference. Setting up of new shops in remote areas will attract the buyers who lived there. Beside this financial support the advertisement support also played major role. Most of the customers fix their consumption pattern on the basis of advertisement. Samsung company get more preference among customers is due to the advertisement, the parent company should be willing to afford the selling cost occurred through this kind of extra expenses. This selling cost will create a high quality preference in the market. The origins of the parental company influence the market structure. The living guarantee of the particular product depends upon their origin place.
