Solutions

Expert Solution

I believe that the process of dumping goods to other countries should be restricted . The consequences of dumping should be understood and if it appears to put the health and  security of the majority , it is our moral and social responsibility to stop dumping.  Dumping might appear to be a solution to solve economic crisis in third world countries, but dumping is slowly leading the nation to  death by risking the lives of people. The government might appear to  do their citizens a favor by the process of dumping , thus providing the citizens with efficient goods , the effect of dumping is dangerous.Developed countries detecting flaws in goods , should control the production of such goods , even though the factories producing such goods are private and not government owned.Business corporations should follow cor[orate social and moral responsibilities.

I also stand for establishment of laws to eliminate dumping totally as it does not benefit human beings except to Capitalist..Law formulation will be done with the cooperation of independent governments. There should be an international governing body which will supervise that governments follow laws to control or eliminate dumping as governments might decide to take in the products dumped in their country, even though there might be risk.

Governments fight for sovereignty and might object to the laws even though they are aware of the risk of dumping and might decide to take in goods being dumped.

What is unit inelasticity of demand? OPEC (organization of petroleum exporting countries) is a group of countries that generates 45% of the world’s total crude oil production. In such cases, they respond by cutting their production. (Example: Saudi Arabia stops pumping oil out of some wells.) What happens to...
