The Training and development for the CEO will be mainly on knowing the products and the processes that are being followed in the company.More imoorimpor will be given on how the products are performing over the years .

The competitors of Reliance are BPCL , Essar Oil , HPCL etc but since Reliance is more diversified than these companies , it is able to hold it's own fort against these mahangar corporations

The compensation for the CEO OF Reliance is expected to be around $800k - $900k .

On the first day, it will be more about introducing the who and who of the company. Mianly the divisional heads of the company and also visiting a couple of factlries and getting to know on what's going on inside the factory

After Training, generally there is no expectation to increase the sales as it cannot be done on a single night with a training , it requires the CEO to understand the porcees throughly and know what are the bottle necks and loop holes present in the system so that he can device plans to plug the gaps.
