CEO of any company is considered as a very important person in the company. The role of the CEO in strategy formulation is to provide the required information which will help the project to move further. Moreover, he needs to manage senior managers, provide data related to environmental factors that play a crucial role. He also needs to check whether resources are available for that project or not in the organization.

He takes the responsibility of the things required to formulate the project in the organization as he is playing the role of a head and employees are working under him, following his commands. After the formulation of the strategy, it's time for the execution of the strategic process as you have to implement your plans into action.

As implementation is a very crucial step because it will tell about the success or failure of the organizational project which they were working on. If they succeed then it will be a great thing for them but if they failed then they need to figure out that where they lacked.
