Expert Solution

Terrorists spread terror in the society by various means such as Bomb blast, suicide attack etc. We have suffered many attacks. 26/11 is the example for same. Terrorist do not have fear of death hence soft behavior of the investigator will not be effective. As those suspects and terrorist may have huge sensitive and useful information that prevent the death of thousand of the people. And suppose if any suspect or terrorist is planning to acquire the Nuclear weapons then million people will be in danger. Another benefit is that the terrorists will have the fear of the torture and that might prevent their activities.

So in my point of view U.S. be allowed to torture those suspected of terrorism.

There are some suspects who are not guilty and they are a simple human being so before ant torture the permission of court should be mandatory. This will give the common justice to the entire citizen.
