• Introducing innovation in the business : Retail business should innovate their business and should bring changes in the way they used to do business traditionally. They should try something new, be in the approach they market their product or in the way they sell their product either by giving various offers based on different occasion or be exclusive seller of some products. This will increase their revenue and can attract new talent as well.
• Associating employees salary with their performances of sales : To incentivize the employee to achieve more and not thinking its just normal 9-5 job, apart from certain fixed portion of the salary remaining can be made variable which would be associated with the amount of sail they bring to the company. This will being friendly competition among the employees and also help in achieving more, as an organization.
• Opening multiple channels to sell their product : retail companies should make change in the way they were doing business traditionally. Whole world is getting digital, so they can also hire people who can promote and sell product digitally as well. Some social media platform that they can use for promotions are mentioned below:
