The three specific and concrete ways that can be immediately used to commit to developing greater intention within my current organization are:

1. Integrity: The first and formost way is to work with complete integrity. Integrity is being honest in doing whatever task is in hand completing the said task with strong moral principles, or moral uprightness. All work is to be done without fudging any data or information and the work should reflect true and complete facts. The tools given by the organization should in no way be used for any personal work.
2. Commitment: The work in the organization is to be done with full commitment. The entire time spent in the premises of the organization needs to utilized for achievement of mission, vision and values of the organization. My mission and vision as well as values need to be completely in alignment with the mission, vision, values and objectives of the organization.
3. Continuous Improvement: I will need to commit to continuous improve my ways of working by innovative means. Everytime a new task is assigned I will have to show improvement by way of better and faster output. My ways of working need to become efficient and effective so that the error rate in my ways of working reduce over a period of time.
