To understand the two way of optimization of EHR firstly he have to understand what is EHR? EHR stands for electronic health record in which a triangular type of strategy is followed for the patient record which means the performance, improvement, test and other various activity can be seen by three people one is doctor, the patient himself, and his/her family member thats why it is called as triangular strategy. in EHR system computer is used as the third party which provides us deatils about what is the best way of treatment so that doctors can delivers better, less expensive and safer treatment to the patient.

the two way of optimizing EHR system are given below-

1.) use software such as voice recognization: in old time physician maintain their notes for each and every patient some time they maylose some important notes by writing but to over come these problem this technique is used so that the patient voice can be recorder and saved for any re evaluation process.

2) COPE: COPE stand for computarized physician order entry. In this strategy physician enter the medication order and some other doctor prescription. its funtionality can be futher increased by other feature like CDS ( clinical decision support) which provide a feed back system between hysician and patient.

These optimization can be done by both ways internally and externally like it ur partner is so far he/ she can see your progress and other things easily and this will make a better relation between physician and patient. all data is rcorded and stored safely for any kind of reevaluation. physician is always connected to their patient and give him/ her best suggestion time to time.
