Well, recently I have been noticing really good physical transformations by people. They have turned themselves to a Lean body from Fat one. I really appreciate such people. I always dream of myself having an athlete body with six pack abs. This dream has become my priority now.Well, people have been thinking what I am upto but I dont care about the world.I don't want to do it to please others but I am doing it for myself. I have understood the meaning living a healthy life now. I am gonna stick to this till my lifetime. In order to start achieving my dream, I need to concentrate on two things - workout and Diet. Its scientifically proven that Intermittent Fasting with Ketogenic Diet reduces fat from the body more faster and also helps build strong muscles.I have been following the various foods we can eat on a ketogenic diet.Presently I am living in College hostel, making it really difficult to adhere to this diet. But once I am home for a vacation I can achieve it. Next comes the workout. I already know the workout regime in gym as I used to do weight training a few years back. But now I have decided to push myself harder. If needed I might hire a trainer, to help me achieve my goal.
