While forming or preparing a contract there are various rules and regulations that the parties involved needs to consider and there are some rules that I believe requires change and the change will actually make the process of making a contract better. The rule of modifying a contract should be easily executed because in business there are various instances when modification required or else the situation may turn bad for a party. The basic rules of modifying a contract needs to be present and followed by the parties involved and with the help of this the contracts can be modified conveniently. Again, the remedies after a breach of contract is exhibited needs to be simple so that if both the parties agree then it can be implemented without much difficulty and hence this rule needs to be modified because that will actually get rid of the complexities involved regarding a breach that may occur.
