Report of independent registered public accounting firm should be the title of the Auditor's report . An expression of opinion on the financial statements ,taken as whole, or an assertion that the opinion cannot be expressed is mentioned in the auditors report.The auditor expresses an unqualified opinion when he performs the audit as per the auditing standards and concludes that the financial statements  as a whole are  free from material misstatement.Even in case of unqualified opinion the auditor should mention the critical audit matters existing and in case there are no such matters then no such matters available should be mentioned.

Management's discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operation report  represents the opinions and thoughts of the management of the company.  Management discussion and analysis provides the information about the  short term and long term plannings,uncertainities in future etc to the users of financial statments i.e, Investors.

Notes to financial statments provides us the full fledge information about the items posted on the face of financial statements.It is mandatory to prepare notes to accounts for every company.It contains the information about the assumptions made,estimates used in  assets and liabilities calculation.
